A fantastic family getaway
We had a lovely stay in a spacious villa with a separate bedroom for the kids, and the decor was modern and inviting. The engaging staff made us feel welcome, whether at check-in or through room service. The indoor and outdoor pools exceeded my expectations, and the delicious buffet dinner was a highlight of our trip. My only concern was the cold draft from the fireplace, but management promptly addressed it. I would definitely return for another family vacation!

Can recommend for a concise stay
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with great amenities including a clean indoor pool and a buffet breakfast that exceeded expectations.
Vending machine charging double for item using a debit card. Bathroom kind of small. Pillow not very comfortable.

But honestly, that pool noise kept the toddler awake—thanks for the late-night party! Next time, I might reserve a room in a soundproof bubble.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The indoor pool was a hit with my niece, and the outdoor playground kept the kids entertained for hours. We also enjoyed the location, which was very close to attractions like Dutch Wonderland.
My kids wished for healthier food options at the hotel restaurant.

The large, guarded indoor pool was a highlight, perfect for winter months. Comfortable beds and upgraded amenities in the villa ensured a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was set too cold, ruining my food, and the inconsistent housekeeping left a bit to be desired. Additionally, a long wait for room readiness impacted the experience, highlighting some organizational issues.

Family Fun with Room for Improvement
We had a great family stay filled with activities, but our Queen Room had an unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. The kids loved the pool! Consider checking room conditions prior to unpacking for a smooth experience.

The only minor hiccup was that we had to ask for a coffee pot after checking in, but it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend taking advantage of the outdoor grills for a fun family cookout! 😊

The stay was quite enjoyable. The two-room suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our family. Having access to on-site dining options was a plus, and we loved relaxing by the lobby fireplace with our morning coffee. However, we found the toiletries and other amenities a bit insufficient for our party size, which could be improved for longer visits.
