A fantastic family getaway

We had a lovely stay in a spacious villa with a separate bedroom for the kids, and the decor was modern and inviting. The engaging staff made us feel welcome, whether at check-in or through room service. The indoor and outdoor pools exceeded my expectations, and the delicious buffet dinner was a highlight of our trip. My only concern was the cold draft from the fireplace, but management promptly addressed it. I would definitely return for another family vacation!

We had a great family stay filled with activities, but our Queen Room had an unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. The kids loved the pool! Consider checking room conditions prior to unpacking for a smooth experience.

The only minor hiccup was that we had to ask for a coffee pot after checking in, but it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend taking advantage of the outdoor grills for a fun family cookout! 😊

I loved the elegant decor throughout the Eden Resort And Suites, BW Premier Collection. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring the common areas were accessible and comfortable, making my stay quite enjoyable as a senior traveler.

Having access to on-site dining options was a plus, and we loved relaxing by the lobby fireplace with our morning coffee. However, we found the toiletries and other amenities a bit insufficient for our party size, which could be improved for longer visits.

I enjoyed my stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds at Premier Collection in Lancaster. The outdoor area and pools are lovely, yet it can get a bit noisy due to families with kids. Overall, a pleasant experience in a beautiful location.
